Property Description
Over 15,000 square feet of storage space, a parking lot that can hold over 75 cars, and located on 1.8 acres in a secluded section of the west end of Johnstown. Built in 1928 this wood frame building was a skating rink at one time and then a bowling alley. Many of the machines, lanes, shoes and bowling balls remain. There was also a woodshop located in the lower level with a 220 line. The warehouse currently stores cars but the possibilities for this facility are endless. Revive this Johnstown landmark or use it for your own storage needs.
