I can’t thank Stephanie enough for helping me buy my first home! I had so many questions and was completely clueless on how any of the process was. We hit some bumps with I couldn’t get a loan but she quickly had answers for what to do next. I had to do a cash offer and she helped me every step of the way with that. There was issues with the sewage company and water company she was on it with contacting them for me so I wasn’t as stressed.
